Dutch Cream
Oval golden yellow potato with buttery golden yellow flesh. Delicious mashed, baked or steamed in their jackets.
Tasmanian Pinkeye
Round potato with distinctive deep eyes marked with splashes of purple. Waxy yellow flesh makes the best mashed potato.
